Mortal Empires - you need both Warhammer 1 and 2 in your steam account - Look at Warhammer 1 and click DLC and the Mortal Empires will be available for free
Kingdoms 1212AD for Attila - You need attila installed on steam then search steam for kingdoms 1212. There are around 7 files to download. Just install and start the game with the mod added.

Empire Darthmod - Adds 40,000 soldiers to your empire game army stacks and lots of other content. Download both files. Open normal empire then quit. Install the main darthmod game then install the patch. Run the new darthmod.exe - sometimes the darthmod .exe opens the game but sometimes if clicking start does not work then open the empire main game and leave the darthmod window open.
