ROME 2 MEDIEVAL 1100 AD TOTAL WAR MOD - What is it?
Rome 2 with 26 playable factions and 25 of these are not in the vanilla rome 2 total war. Expect to fight alot of siege battles both when defending and attacking. Because there are usually 20 or more units in every town/city.
Every few turns you need to check public order and food, and every 5-10 turns you need to check on your opposing and current political parties.
INSTALLATION
Just go on steam, find your Rome 2 game and search for mods or downloads for it. You can search for medieval 1100 AD campaign part 1 and then search and download part 2. (Mod pic is at the bottom of this page)
Stopping Revolts or Civil Wars
As with attila always have your best army and fight battles with your king first. For other big armies make the general a family member. Always have armies and navies from your kings same political party. When expanding your empire have small city army generals as opposition parties unless you can recruit a general from your political party.
Instead of spending influence on securing support from other political parties in Rome 2 you spend Gravitas. It works in the same way and you can spend it on gathering support and improving relations with party members of other political parties. I always secure relations of other party members with high gravitas or influence - Meaning improve relations with the most influential people/opposition.
My Experiences
England - Easy at the start but their are lots of viking raids and your best having garrisons in all costal cities. I did manage to conquer France.
Kingdom of Catille and Leon - Conquered all of Spain and France.
Roman Empire - You start the game with the most cities of any faction. I conquered all of Turkey, alot of Eastern Europe and some of Russia.
