Installation - Uninstall Empire Total War, delete as many files as you can in the steam empire folder in programs. Download it and install again from steam. Open and start empire total war then quit. Do NOT install other mods. Download and extract 3.6.2 installer from moddb and install in steam empire directory. Make sure steam is running open ACW3 mod, go to submods unclick then reclick zone of recruitment. Warpath campaign with lots of new towns and cities - Britain controls canada with the United States below and below that Confederate States.
RTI campaign with same towns and cities as Empire (White areas have no cities). 
In both campaigns you get no armies to start with and 50,000 to spend (That was on easy).
