MEDIEVAL KINGDOMS TOTAL WAR 1212AD - My experiences as playing as different factions

England - not played as them but it should be the easiest faction.
Teutonic Order - Conquered Denmark, North Europe, Sweden and all of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. It seems when you get a town or city they have higher public order than usuall. Conquered the most areas with Teutonic Order before the game crashed due to automatic steam mod update.
Hungary - Conquered alot of europe and middle east, had a good alliance with serbia or bulgaria. Conquered the 2nd most areas with Hungary.
Sicily - Have played as these twice, have conquered north Africa, some of Eastern europe and spain. Might do better than Hungary with Sicily.
Castille and Leon - Conquered Spain, South France and North Africa before their was a civl war.
Latin Empire - Medium to hard - Conquered the most land with these on 2nd try, view youtube videos.
Portugal - Hard, gave up
France - Each Country in the Holy roman Empire kept declaring war on me - Hard
Cumate of Khaz - Very hard due to 4 mongol armies spawning each turn for 5 or 10 turns.
Egypt - Hard - Big country but low public order everywhere.
